Time is running out to extend existing Tier 1 Entrepreneur visas, with applications closing from 5th April 2023. The extension application process is complex and time-consuming. We recommend contacting our lawyers promptly for support in gathering the required evidentiary documentation and preparing your application ahead of the deadline.
Individuals currently in the UK on this visa may be eligible for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) but applications must be submitted before 5th April 2025.
