At Lexus Law, we recognise the appeal of the wealth of work and study opportunities on offer in the UK. If you’ve been living in the country for five years or more, you and your family may be eligible to make it your permanent home by applying for ILR or settlement.
If you arrived to the UK on an Investor, Innovator, or Global Talent visa, you may be able to apply for settlement within as little as two or three years. Our skilled immigration lawyers will guide you through the complicated ILR application process, providing bespoke legal advice every step of the way.
HOW CAN LEXUS LAW HELP?
- We will help you to gather all the required supporting documents to ensure your ILR application is submitted fully and accurately, giving you the best chance for success.
- If your settlement application is unfortunately denied, we can advise you on the best next steps for your situation. This could be to request an Administrative Review, to appeal against the decision, or to submit a new application.
- If you have already been granted ILR, we can advise on the process of applying for citizenship.
